Before Us, With Us
- 적용 및 나눔 질문 –
1. 이스라엘은 ‘우리보다 먼저 가시는 동시에 우리와 함께 가시는 하나님’에 대한 신뢰가 없었기 때문에 어려움을 직면했을 때에 가나안을 향해 나아가지 못하고 하나님을 원망하며 옛 삶으로 돌아가려고 했습니다. 내 삶 속에 찾아오는 어려움과 두려움을 마주할 때에 나는 하나님 앞에서 어떻게 반응하고 있나요? 나는 ‘먼저 가시는 하나님’을 기대하며 매일의 삶 속에서 하나님과 함께 가고 있습니까? Because the Israelites lacked trust in “the God who goes before us and is with us,” when they faced difficulties, they failed to move forward toward Canaan, instead complaining against God and trying to return to their old way of life. How do I react before God when I face difficulties and fears in my life? Do I expect “the God who goes before me” and walk with Him in my daily life?
2. 2025년 한 해 동안 내 삶 속에 있었던 여러 사건들을 돌이켜 봅시다. 그 모든 과정들 속에서 내 인생이 하나님이 계획하신 큰 그림 속에 있음을 경험하고 깨달은 적이 있습니까? 혹은 이해할 수 없었던 고난과 어려움을 통해 하나님이 합력하여 선을 이룬 경험이 있습니까? 2025년 한 해 동안 신실하게 함께 하셨던 하나님을 경험한 간증이 있다면 함께 나눠 봅시다. Let’s reflect on the various events that took place in our lives throughout 2025. During all those experiences, did you ever feel and understand that your life was part of God’s larger plan? Or did you experience God working things together for good through trials and difficulties that you couldn’t understand at the time? If you have a testimony of experiencing God’s faithfulness throughout 2025, let’s share it together.
3. 시몬을 처음 봤을 때부터 게바(베드로, 반석)이라고 부르신 주님이 나를 처음 보셨을 때에 어떤 말씀을 하시고 어떻게 불러주셨을까요? 하나님께서 원하시고 바라보시는 나의 미래는 어떤 모습일까요? 하나님은 다가올 2026년을 보시면서 나에게 어떤 말씀을 해주시길 원하실까요? From the moment Jesus first saw Simon, He called him Cephas (Peter, meaning “rock”). What words did the Lord speak to me and how did He address me when He first saw me? What kind of future does God envision and desire for me? What words does God want to speak to me as He looks ahead to the year 2026?
